Trolley Station:
The Trolley Station for boarding our tours is located at the Powerhouse at Nautica on the West Bank of Cleveland’s Flats. The Powerhouse is the red brick building with the 2 tall smokestacks. TROLLEY TOURS DESK IS INSIDE AT THE TOP OF THE FIRST FLIGHT OF STAIRS.
GPS users: You can use 2000 Sycamore Street, Cleveland, 44113 (this is an artificial address in the middle of the parking lot) or 1321 Washington Avenue, 44113 to get you near the parking lot entrance to the Nautica complex. YOU MUST ENTER THE NAUTICA PARKING LOT BY USING THE WINSLOW AVENUE ENTRANCE WHERE THERE IS A PARKING ATTENDANT IN A BOOTH. Please make sure your GPS shows Winslow Avenue, which dead-ends into the parking lot.
Weekend & Holiday Service: On weekends and holidays our phones are answered by an answering service who will make tour reservations and who can contact us for emergencies. For general inquiries you can follow the prompts on our automated system and leave us a message which will be responded to on the next regular business day. Tour reservations via e-mail or left on the office voice mail cannot be accepted as we may not find them in time to make your reservations. Always speak with a live person to make reservations!
